Hosting prices listed are introductory prices (monthly or annual) with renewal pricing subject to change. Products will automatically renew until cancelled.
You may turn off the auto-renewal feature by visiting your Arizona Computer Guru account. Additional Product Terms / exclusions include:
- Storage Capacity. The listed amount of usable storage capacity for your particular Hosting Service(s) may differ from the represented capacity as there is required space for the operating system(s), system file(s) and other supporting file(s).

Free SSL certificate with hosting plan purchase (annual plans or longer). If you cancel the hosting plan, you will lose the associated SSL certificate.
For Economy plans, SSL will automatically renew after the first year at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time on your Arizona Computer Guru account. - Activation of the website security free trial results in automatic 1-year renewal at the end of the free trial at the then-current price until cancelled — you may cancel automatic renewal at any time.

If a hosting transfer service has been performed, then it is non-refundable (if not yet performed, eligible for a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction).
Arizona Computer Guru (AZCG) does not guarantee “uptime.” AZCG does offer a temporary suspension of service if downtime of site exceeds 24 hours outside of the responsibility of AZCG.
If site is under Managed WordPress Plan with AZCG, performance or downtime may be subject to additional refund during significant (24+ hours) or if problem persists, issue a partial refund and/or offer site files for transfer to different service provider, subject to internal review for causation.
